Folic at anmum

Hello po mga momshie first time mommy po ako, ask ko lang po kung ilang months po kayo uminom ng folic acid at anmum po?

Folic Acid is usually 1st tri sya nirerecommend and yung Anmum is pwede kahit although out your pregnancy pero pwede din wag na.
