What to eat?

Hello po mga momsh, 29weeks and 3days napo ako today and I was adviced by my OB na maintain ko ndw po yung weight ko kasi 72kls. na ako and warning naxa. Ano yung mga dapat ko pong kainin pra ma maintain ko po weight ko?? EDD : Dec. 9,2021 #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

magbawas ka po ng ma carbs na foods like rice mommy. iwas ka na din po sa sugary at sweets
