Hello po mga mommies, pasagot naman po if mag take ng ganitong supplement (calcium made)need pa din ba mag take ng ferrous with folic acid? Nag switch po Kase ako from Calci Aid Wala Kase sila stock sabi Nung cashier Yung calciumade is recommended din daw po SS buntis....

yung OB ko po ganyan nireseta tsaka yung folic acid with ferrous. sa morning ko po tinitake yang calciumade. then gabi po yung folic with ferrous.
