low lying placenta ako nung first trimester before at ginawa palagi ako nka higa, bawal masyado galaw2x. bed rest and elevated yung feet ko at hips ko nilagyan ko pillow para tumaas. so far it helped me naman sa first trimester of pregnancy. not sure if doable sya on your end since nasa 2nd trimester kna. 😊

as much as possible po sana meron ka kasama at sila gumawa. sa experience ko pinag babawal talaga ako ng OB so sa bahay literal na higa lg at tatayo lg pg kumain or mg CR. bedrest tlga ako nun. mas better po may consent ni OB nyo.
