Daing na Bangus

Hello po mga mamsh, okay lang po ba kumain ng daing na bangus ang buntis? I'm on my 1st trimester po. Salamat.

Bangus is a great choice kasi rich siya in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are super good for your baby’s brain and eye development. Just make sure lang that it’s well-cooked—yung bangus for pregnant should be grilled, steamed, or baked.
