First time mom

Hello po mga mama. I just found im 4 weeks pregnant. Hiwalay na po ako sa father ng baby ko nasa middle pa po ako ng heartbreak kaya nakalimutan ko po na hindi pa pala ako dinadalaw nh regla ko. Any advices po? should I go to the OB? ano po bang dapat kong gawin. Pag nagpunta po ba ako ng OB ano po gagawin sa akin doon. #pleasehelp #advicepls #firsttimemom #FTM #firstmom #firstbaby

yes, you should go to an OB and follow prenatal care. reresetahan ka ng prenatal vitamins for baby's development at may mga papagawang laboratory tests. focus na lang kay baby. always pray.

yes, after the check up pa. once a month ang check up kaya may time pa for the lab tests. hindi ko na matandaan magkano ang mga lab tests.

consult your OB asap. kung 1st time mom ka and taga qc ka or from nearby cities, pwede mo consider yung delgado hospital, magagaling OB namin dun and may first time mom unit kami.
