Positive Or Negative?

Hello po, my last menstruation was July 4, then sa sobrang curiosity ko, i took a pt yesterday, and ito po result, hingi lang po ako opinyon niyo mga moms if its positive or negative? If ever its a positive, i will be a first time mom ?Thank you.
