Cough & cold while breastfeeding

Hi po I'm currently 8th months breastfeeding my baby & he is also eating solids food. I recently had a dry cough & cold & feeling my temp. hot inside so I took biogesic paracetamol tablet once b'coz my head hurt...but it reapeted last night I'm shivering but I felt hot like I've experienced "binat". Now my cough & cold getting serious like my throat is itching. I don't know what should I take medicine or what home remedy I can use to cure it.
