Hello po ilang araw po kayo bago naligo after manganak?
I took a bath after 24hrs ng cs delivery ko. Only i had to cover the wound with clear plastic wrap plus cloth to cover then more of a tepid sponge bath/shower ginawa ko.
Ako noon after 1 week. Pero sa isip-isip ko, paano ko natiis yung dugo, amniotic fluid, pawis etc na nakadikit sa balat ko for 1 week??!!!
7th day after ng delivery .Nagpahilot p po ako noon..Then nag papasingaw ng mga nilagang balat ng puning kahoy..Iwas binat daw po...
The next day hehe... Im cs momsh.. advised by doc naman .. my wound is super covered with tegadern kaya sealed kahit basain..
Sabi dto samen 2 weeks daw po..pero parand di ko kakayanin un isang araw palang bahong baho na ako sa sarili ko ..hehe..
Ate q kaka labas lng nya hospital via normal. Naligo na agad! Ok naman sya
1 week tapos may mga hinalo pang mga dahon dahon sa maligamgam na tubig
One week po, pero yung kumare q after 3days naligo na ok nman.
5days to 1week....kc pnaligo muna aq ng mga dahon dahon😅
Kinabukasan po ng paglabas ko sa hospital naligo na ako.
