Hirap pag dumi
Hello po. I would like to ask, baka may same experience po kayo after ko manganak since 2019 , ngayon lang ako nakaramdam ng hirap sa pag dumi, yung to the point na kahit na taeng tae kana😂 ang hirap pa din ilabas, yung need ko pa talga iire i know masama ung sobrang ire pero dun lang sya na iirelease. pag nag poop ako, nrerelax ko sarili ko inhale exhale lang ako para di mahirpa peto in the end hirap talga.#pleasehelp #1stimemom

Hi mommy.. Try increasing fiber on your diet and your oral fluid intake.. Try to include oatmeal, papaya or yogurt in your diet😊favorite ko po yung greek yogurt or mixed berries ng nestle😊 pwede ka din kumain ng prunes and uminom ng prune juice👌🏼
