Hello po, I badly need your help mga mommies. Pag po ba may possible PPD kanino po dapat magpa consult? Sa OB po ba muna o sa psychiatrist na agad? Salamat sa mga sasagot. Respect and no judgement please

I had that before po, but i beat it, pray and dont think negative thoughts, malalampasan mo rin po tan, get some fresh air, and think that you had priority now🥰 pero kung gusto mo po magpa consult better ask your ob first so he/she can refer youto the psychiatrist 😊😇🙏 goodluck mommy kaya mo yan🥰❤
