Adjust dental braces
Hello po, ask lang po ako if pwde magpa adjust braces after C-section? It's been a week na po yung c-section operation ko. Thank you in advance.

i think depende on your healing. if kaya na po magkilos kilos and byahe ( if needed) pwede naman. pero if sensitive pain wag muna since hindi pwede uminom basta ng meds lalo if breastfeeding
