Is this normal?

Hello po, ask ko lang if this is normal, I'm 7 weeks preggy po and I have notice na unti-unti nawawala yung sensitivity and sore/enlarge yung breast ko, I'm worried kasi baka bad sign na to sa pregnancy ko. No spotting po.

Hi mii sakin naman iba, mas lalong feeling sore yung boobs ko and bumigat and ngayon nagstart na din maging nauseous and nasusuka. Wala lang akong food aversion so far. 7w4d na ako this week.
