Discharged and itchy?

Hi po ano pong pwedeng gamot sa yeast infection? Based sa research ko po kasi my vagigi is itchy, has yellowish discharge and creamy cottage discharged. My infection nga ako. Ano po ba pwedeng gamot or natural remedies para dito? Im currently in my 38weeks po 😰 thanks po sa sasagot #pleasehelp
