SSS Work leave

Hi po! Ano po pwede iapply? Si baby ko po, 8 months old na sa womb ko, nagkapreeclapsia ako at hindi kinaya ni baby kaya nawalan n siya ng heartbeat sa womb ko ng 8 months.at na cs ako. Hnd nmn po ako dinugo. Death cert. Po ang ibibigay saamin ng hospital. Tanong .1 Ano po ififile ko sa work? Miscarriage o mat. Leave? 2. Ano po ififile ko sa SSS? Miscarriage o mat. Leave? Salmat po Sa public school po ako nag wowork

Condolence momshie 🙏🏼i think miscarriage... better yet ask HR? 🤔if I'm not mistaken in SSS if miscarriage they need proof of the termination of pregnancy. However, if live birth then they ask for live birth cert. Also, if you have miscarriage i think you are also entitled to have maternity leave...
