better po breastfeed muna.. unless may problem kung bakit di pwede, like nasa NICU.. as much as possible recommended na breastmilk up to 6mos per W.H.O.
if not working pa naman try to breastfeed, den, unti - unti sa fm, mix feeding, then fully fm na.. kaya mo yan!
