Gqanyan tlaga mii kapag 1st trimester suka is life tayo and more heartburn. Sabi ni OB ko ko ung kain dw dapat small eat lang wag full sa isang kainan tapos interval every 2hrs. More water and citrus fruit, nakatulong sakin saging and yakult para less suka nabawasan din ako ng 2kilos dahil don. Ngayon 2nd trimester na me nawala na ung suka. #1sttimemom here #week19.
