Constipated

Hello po 2nd trimesters ko na 😊 tanong ko lang po ano po ba ang dahilan kung constipated? #pleasehelp #pregnancy #advicepls #firstbaby

Low in fiber intake kayo nyan mamsh. Ang sinuggest sakin ng OB ko nun is uminom plenty of water, kumain ng rich in fiber na fruits (like pinya, papaya etc), pwede din yakult once a day. Ayun naging effective naman 🙂

low fluid intake po at hindi pagkain ng gulay. kain ka po okra, pechay, green leafy veggies at hinog na papaya. same po tau nasa 2nd tri na.

Expected po ang constipation during pregnancy. Take po kayo fiber-rich food like fruits and veggies and drink lots of water

that is normal mamsh basta inom ka ng maraming tubig then kain ka ng pagkain na rich in fiber makakatulong yon promise

Sa kinakain po wag po kayo kakain ng matagal madigest. Mga gulay lang po

i drink 2 liters per day to avoid it.
