Hi parents, my LO is 15months and can't say any words yet even mama and dada. should I be worried?

I highly suggest that you complete an “ASQ” appropriate for your LO’s age to further assess if there is something going on (example: https://www.lakepediatrics.org/docs/ASQ%2015-16%20months.pdf). Some babies/toddlers might be a little slower on the communication development, but generally, this will not be a concern until 2 yrs of age if the child is still not saying “real words”.
