27 weeks. Has anyone experience severe back pain from waist down? 😖😖

I have the exact same problem as you!! What I did is to go for physiotherapy to alleviate the pain because even prenatal massages doesn’t work! If you have insurance coverage I can guide you the steps that I did so that it doesn’t cost a dime and you will feel much better too!!
