7mo bb pooop after 3days from his NCIS vaccination

#pleasehelp bb had many diaper change from pooping alot. Is this normal? Started after taken his 4in1 + Pneumococal jab dose. Yellow seedless mushy poop seems fine but the frequency is worrying me. Should i be visitng the PD? (Sorry for the mushy photo)
