Severe Toothache

Please help. Im on my 8th month na.. and right now sonra sakit ng ipin ko to the point na naiiyak na ako sa pain, 10/10... Ano pinaka effective na pain reliever? Wala ng effect ang biogesic sakin and ice pack :( thanks in advance
