Pregnancy Symptoms

Please enlighten me po. Baka meron pong Same case ko dito. Nag pt po ako ng May 15 at nag positive. Early symptoms ko po is tender breast and frequent na pag ihi, mabilis magutom. Pero today po May 20 nawala yung symptoms ko na Mabilis magutom.. Pero super tender pa rin ng breast ko at kumikirot. Dapat ba ako mag worry?
