Is it safe to eat pineapple during pregnancy?

Well I've asked my gynae this before, and he says unless u eat a lorry full of pineapples, it should be safe. I love pineapples and I still ate them in my first pregnancy. All in moderation. Still if ure worried, probably avoid it during first trimester.
