My mum only teach me how to cook rice. I learn cooking in school home economics class. Suddenky I was asked to cook for the whole family, and i just cook rice with anyhow cook dishes based on what I've eaten or seen before. Lucky still edible. 😝

Most of the things I learned by trial and error but I also take help of the youtube videos etc.
