Period cramps at 32 weeks

Period cramps at 32 weeks for the whole day. Is it normal? Or when should I be concerned? I still can walk around and do my stuff but it’s just a constant cramping feeling like menstrual cramps. Even when I lie down.

Hi, is better to check with gynae caused you might not know whether is it contraction or not. I do have spotting during that period too but lucky doctor say is ok. Better to play safe though. ☺️
