Dutchmill for 1 year old: Safe ba?

Ako naman, I love Dutch Mill kasi parang healthy drink siya, and my son really likes the taste. But I did some reading about Dutch Mill for 1-year-old side effects, and medyo nagduda ako sa sugar content niya. I checked the label, and I noticed may sugar siya, so I make sure na hindi siya umiinom ng maraming servings. It's easy to give it to them kasi cute yung packaging, but I think it’s important to limit sugar intake for toddlers. So, now I only give him a little, siguro once a day lang, and I balance it with other healthy food options
