hi mommy! Di naman makakaapekto sa milk supply o milk release ang pag-eexercise. Just make sure you are getting enough nutrients and calories sa diet mo kasi nabuburn ito ng breastfeeding at exercise. Moderate exercise dapat at low impact activities, 10-15 minutes swimming, walking, or treadmill are good activities lalo na pag bagong panganak. Ask your doctor din anong pinakabest for you :) Hope this helps!
