Feeding baby omeperazole

Pd has prescribed omeperazole for our 3 months old baby as he has reflux issue. The instruction is dissolve content in 5ml of water, stir and just feed 0.6ml. My question is the content beads seem to not dissolve, and read that it is not meant to be crushed/chewed, so does it really work if i feed the baby just the water portion or do i need to feed him the beads as well?

Hey there, Would you be able to call your PD and mention this to her or him? From what I’ve read, most PDs prescribe omelets okie to children 2 years and older - perhaps due to the nature of the suspension. I’d suggest that since the doctor prescribed it, do find out how you can best and effectively administer it to your child.
