Is it safe to eat multi vitamins at Wk 5 pregnancy?

As part of my morning routine, I’ve been dissolving one tablet of the Guardian multivitamin (passionfruit flavor) effervescence in a cup of water every morning to drink. Apart from that, I take a 5mg folic acid every evening. I read an article from Asianparent that pregnant woman should avoid taking too many vitamins. Should I stop my daily morning routine of the multivitamin effervescent? #advicepls #1stimemom #vitamins

Gracias

Hoping for a safe and healthy pregnancy

Mum It is better to check with your doctor. He is the one who knows your health condition best. Take care
