Parents who don't use powder, how do you keep your baby skin smooth, smell fresh and nice ?

I use bedtime lotion 4 my kids. Smells nice and moisture well. Usually won't use powder cos when they perspire, it would stick together. Feeling ia quite uncomfortable foe the kids. Another would be baby butter from palmers. This is not bad too cos there is cocoa butter.
