How many times to eat?

Cereal can be given 2 to 3 times a day few hours apart from milk. However, it depends on your little one consumption basis. Alternatively, you can do home cook food like puree, porridge or buy of shelves from supermarket for your little one. Keep a journal book to keep track of the eating pattern or what baby likes/dislikes.
