For me, running provides a great way to de-stress and some 'me time' when I'm able to do my best thinking
I will just take a walk in the park, or stay at home and watch my favourite shows
shopping, get some ideas on furnishing, sleeping or gardening on greens!
Also good to get some physical exercise to get the endorphins going.
Definitely exercise and a good Long Walk, preferably near the beach.
Knitting, sleeping, eating and sewing are my ways to de-stress.
Quietly sit at a corner doing nothing or scrolling phone.
A long walk where I pretend to forget everything for a while
Netflix/playing games on my phone/ talk to my close friend
Exercise is always the healthiest way to destress
