Pano po magfile Maternity leave? running 12weeks pregnant, BPO employee, sabe ng kwork ko magfile ndaw ako maternity mat1 for employed? Paano po b ggawin ko, pwede nb magfile kahit di pa nanganganak? or need manganak muna?#advicepls #1stimemom #pregnancy #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Mat1 Notification need to file sa time na nalaman mong buntis ka. If employed, notify mo si HR/Employer to file for you Ng Mat1. Tpos mkakareceive ka Ng notification from SSS kpg nakapgfile na employer mo. Alam ko Kasi kpg employed pwede ka Muna bigyan ni Employer Ng 70% advance from the amount na makukuha mo sa Mat Benefit mo, tpos if ibigay na sayo Ng SSS Yung full mat benefit amount mo, Yung 70% na pinahiram sayo Ng employer, ibabalik mo sa knila, then Yung remaining 30% sayo na Yun.🙂

salamat po sa sagot.. Sige po magfile nko. Nag inform nko sa HR thru email. wait ko n lang po response nila sakin sa process sa office. Thank you po ulit.
