diet!

Pano po kayo ngbawas ng kain.. Feb.4 - 123lbs March 3 - 132 lbs.. Sabi ni ob..bawas daw ako..lalo sa carbs..sugar.. Pano gagawin.. Ano ang fundal height..my fundal height ay 25cm

As per your OBs advise, bawas sa carbs and sugar. No desserts. Little to no rice if kaya. Focus on vegetables, pwede ka mag salad as long as throughly washed yung gulay. Pag gutom pa, eat more meat or boiled egg. Wheat bread and oatmeal is pwede, pero mataas pa din po carb contents nyan.
