Semi cramps 😔

I tried to read articles regarding that kasi I'm also having the same cramps. Tolerable nman sya so ang reason lang tlaga non is nag aadjust na kasi yun katawan ntin pra s baby. and that's normal naman. As long as there's no bleeding.
