Maganda po matanung nyo OB nyo if okay lang mag exercise kayo. Pero mag 7 months naman na nakalipas baka okay lang light workout tas gradual ang increase na lang ng intensity para hindi mabigla yung tahi nyo.

Meron pag-asa pa po momi. You can ask your OB when is the best time for you to start exercising. Use post partum girdle
