Hi mommy, iwasan po ang carbs and sugar lalo na mga juice, cookies, biscuits kasi nakakalaki po ng baby. Water lang po as much as possible. Kain po kayo high in protein and calcium food 🙂Fruits nalang po for snack instead mga biscuit or cookies.
