Paano mag-apply ng passport para sa anak ko?

I just had an application for my 6mos.old baby and its so comfortably easy for having a priority lane and accomodating staff at their DFA Alimall branch.it only took us not more than 30mins. to make all things done as long as u have all the requirements needed ready to hand over to the counter.Just make sure u have the application form filled up online,Original BC of ur baby,Orig and photocopies of parents ID's to be submitted to them.
