7 years old and below po no need ng appointment, pwede din kasama minor siblings plus parents. For minors PSA birth cert, valid id and appearance of mother ok na po, if si daddy sasama need ng PSA Marriage Cert (take note, if unreadable si PSA, need ng local copy of BC)
