Our 3-month-old's bowel movements vary from day to day. Sometimes he has several in one day and none the next. Should we be concerned?

That's normal. My baby has no bowel patterns also. There are times that she poops every other day, there are times that she does daily. Sometimes 2 days later. It really varies. Don't be alarmed. It's just fine.
