i went to doctor the other day explained my spine pain, she said its my pelvis that was doing that tbh cause i cannot be exactly where the pain is i'll believe her, its amazing what the body can do 😂

hi im 34 weeks now and just went to kkh hospital for the preannetal course, i got to ask the phisiotherapist what is this thing that is happening, apparently its called back labour! you can google it haha just want to update for those who experience this!
