16weeks having terrible migraines

Any other mummies experiencing headaches or worse, migraines too? Mine is usually accompanied by dizziness and nausea, and everything combined makes me feel so uncomfortable. Can’t sleep, eat or focus on doing anything. Doc said it’s okay to take panadol but I’m avoiding it for as long as I can… #firsttimemom

I had terrible migraines (blackout) regularly around week 9-13, because I couldn't eat, sleep and drink properly. Pre-preg I only had migraines 3-4 times a year. Do you happen to know what are your usual migraine triggers? mine is usually msg, strong sunlight and dehydration. Preventing the triggers (especially drinking more liquid) has helped me tremendously.
