Using panty liner daily in 1st trimester

i use pantyliners every single day as part of my hygiene routine but yes it is normal to have that kind of discharge during pregnancy. i even have infection yellowish greenish discharge 3 times during my pregnancy. given meds to insert and also antibiotics to eat. now at 35 weeks pregnant my discharge (white) increases. so dont worry, all normal. any concerns, just tell your gynae. every of my gynae appt, i ask the gynae to check my below just to be sure nothign abnormal happening. 😅
