Yellowish/Greenish discharge

It's been days that I saw the 2 above discharge on my panty liner. I really think it has something to do with the kidney stones inside my kidneys which was confirmed last year. Or is it normal during pregnancy? While I wear panty liner daily because of the discharge, I do change them frequently and I do not wear them at bed time. The discharge does not have any foul smell. Everytime I take urine test, there will always be traces of blood in it. Even my urine has no foul smell. So I suspected the kidney stones. Or am I wrong? I am currently 14w1d pregnant and am really worried. I thought of going to the polyclinic on Monday. Or should I head down to A&E straight ?
