Lactation Cookies

Is it okay to eat lactation cookies as early as 4th month? Been craving for cookies. Someone suggested me to take it as substitute to chips ahoy and the like. Thank you for the answers #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls

i think its too early. lactation supplements and aids are usually recommended few weeks before due. milking bombs by abc used to have prenatal cookies. not sure if they still offer it though
