its normal. possibly because baby still small .. and probably if can see yolk sac okay already ❤️ they will definitely arrange a second ultrasound to determine viability of the baby . you stay healthy mama, eat well . tummy probably is bloated so its fine ❤️
I just done my first scan on 4.5weeks but cant detect anything. Im also worried but my gynae told me its normal! They have scheduled me for another scan at 6 weeks :) Positive vibes!
