one of my friend drinks a lot of cow milk during pregnancy ( 1- 2 litre per day) . She will give birth in few month. Will her baby has a chance to allergy to cow milk? what is the best recommendation to my friend

It is good to drink cow milk during pregnancy as it is a source for calcium and it is important for pregnant women to take in more calcium.
