Anyone feel the same??

In my first trimester now, and I'd be feeling sleepy all day all night but when I do lie in bed, it takes forever for me to fall asleep. I feel super bloated, boobs are sore, and it's just a lot of tossing and turning before finding the right sleeping position. 🥱😩
