Heat Patch
Hi, is it okay for us pregnant mummies today use heat patches like salon pass and kefentech? I have swelling on my wrist and wonder if I can use it.
Hello. I rmember during my pregnancy days, i had terrible back pains and i asked my gynae if i could use salonpas. She told me no its not safe but mine was at my back perhaps thats why. Maybe you can try to use ointment for now and see if it helps?
No. You cannot use salonpas. It’s written on the box of the salonpas. I have pain on my wrist before due to water retention and I use wrist guard and drink a lot of water!
Salon pass, tiger balm menthol ointment is ok according to my gynae. But kefentech is a no no. When in doubt, pls bring it up with your gynae.
I’ve been worried about this too... used A LOT of salon pas before I found out that I was pregnant...
